The V.O.R.T.P newsletter informs you about health and wellness options that help reduce stress naturally, promote physical fitness, mental and spiritual wellbeing. Our news letter will do this by finding the latest articles that are out in publication and re-printing this information on a weekly basis. We hope to bring articles that are designed with you the Veteran in mind.

This digital letter can be sent to your e-mail address and you can read it and watch pertinent videos at your leisure from your computer, or smart phone. We don’t send out paper copies however the Newsletter is in PDF so you can have a paper copy too.
